Every YESO order is prepared and packed by hand in our London studio. 

Most orders are made and dispatched within 1–3 working days, depending on the product and current order volume. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Made With Intention

YESO pieces are produced in small batches rather than mass-produced and stored in large quantities. 

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. 

Some pieces may take slightly longer depending on their form, the number of pieces ordered and current studio workload. 

If an order requires additional time, we'll contact you with an updated timeframe. 

For larger or trade orders, please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm availability and lead time.

International Delivery


We ship selected YESO pieces internationally using tracked services. 

Available services and delivery costs are calculated at checkout according to your destination, parcel size and weight. 

Typical delivery estimates are: 

EUROPEAN UNION Approximately 5–7 working days 

USA & CANADA Approximately 7–10 working days 

OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS Approximately 7–10 working days 

International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs processing. 

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

When your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information. 

You can use the tracking number provided by the carrier to follow your parcel's progress.

Missed Delivery

If you're not available when delivery is attempted, please follow the carrier's instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel where available.

For international orders, customs procedures, duties, taxes or import charges may apply depending on destination and the terms of the shipping service selected.
